The LendAmi platform sets expectations and terms of loans, enables auto-pay transfer of payments via ACH and transparent tracking of loans.
Founded in 2019 in Jacksonville, FL by Vikas Rijsinghani and Kerry Baldwin, LendAmi is a minority and woman-owned business.

Kerry Baldwin is co-founder of LendAmi.
Prior to LendAmi, Kerry spent thirteen years at Web.com where she focused on product and market development holding executive roles in Web.com’s Enterprise and Retail divisions as well as Business Development and International units where she drove Web.com’s product and sales expansion in the UK and LATAM markets.
A frequent speaker and advisor on business growth and digital marketing topics, Kerry serves as advisor to companies including Agentz.ai and sits on the University of North Florida’s School of Communications Corporate Advisory board.
Recipient of the 2014 Jacksonville Masters of Industry Corporate Leadership Award, Kerry is a native of Washington, D.C. and a graduate of Binghamton University.
Ricardo Camacho lives in Miami, FL and is co-founder of LendAmi and a 28-year experienced executive and entrepreneur. Currently he is founder and board member of American Cement Advisors, Inc. (Texan Cement), International Cement Advisors, Corp. and Tradeland Americas, Inc. where he also serves as CEO.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering an MBA from Monterrey Institute of Technology and a master’s in international management from IPADE. He started his professional life working for the cement industry until he founded his first construction company back in 2001. After that, he has been involved in the creation and management of ready mix, construction, material trading, real estate investing, media and software development companies.
In 2015 he co-founded Cook4U Technologies that later became Disruptive Company, the company behind the launch of LendAmi.
Ruben Llavona lives in London and is co-founder of LendAmi. He has worked in a variety of fields including: International cement trading, real estate management and development, Media and Fashion, aviation and others. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Tradeland Group, NV, founder and board member in American Cement Advisors, Inc., The on-air company (TOAC TV), and The fashion shows, LLC (Miami Fashion week).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and a postgraduate in business administration from ICADE. His ventures have included the low-cost airline Orion Air in Spain and several real estate fund operating assets in Berlin and Warsaw.

Vikas Rijsinghani is co-founder of LendAmi and a 25 year veteran in the internet space with experience in general management, technology, sales, marketing and product management. He has had multiple exits from startups to multibillion dollar public companies.
He is an electrical engineering and computer science graduate from Cornell University after which he spent time as a management consultant in Price Waterhouse and Sun Microsystems.
Over the next 13 years Vikas co-founded three startups in the Internet space, all of which successfully exited to strategic buyers. In 2005 Vikas joined Interland as a member of the executive team charged with turning around a declining public company. Vikas successfully participated in growing the company from $35m in value to over $2.2B over the next 13 years. During that time the company changed its name to Web.com and Vikas was leading a $200m division of Web.com as an executive vice president. Web.com was purchased by the private equity firm Sirus in early 2019 after which Vikas parted ways with the company. Since then Vikas has spent his mindshare co-founding Lendami and helping other entrepreneurs with their business models and acquiring seed capital.
